Profiler Home tab

The Profiler tool window (View | Tool Windows | Profiler) provides an overview of the running processes and recent snapshots. Use it to start profiling, monitor live performance metrics, or get a memory or thread dump for a selected process.

If you are new to profiling, we recommend following this tutorial, which gets you started on profiling basics in IntelliJ IDEA.
